About Me

I am a Christian, wife, and I stay home with our two young children. I have always enjoyed writing and having an online outlet helps me think through and better articulate various topics in the Christian life. My target audience is Christian women, primarily those of my own church, and then the concentric circles that expand from there, to edify and “stir up your sincere mind by way of reminder” (2 Peter 3:1).

I've heard it said before that writing is a compilation of our own thoughts and ideas brought forth by our experiences, books we've read, and things we've heard. So, in that case, much of what I write here has likely been influenced by Elisabeth Elliot, the Puritans, C.S. Lewis, that Wilson family over in Idaho, my home church, and of course, the Bible.​
