I've heard it said before that writing is a compilation of our own thoughts and ideas brought forth by our experiences, books we've read, and things we've heard. So, in that case, much of what I write here has likely been influenced by Elisabeth Elliot, the Puritans, C.S. Lewis, the Wilson family over in Idaho, my home church, and of course, the Bible.​
